I'm one of the people who totally love the lemonade flavor. It's not your typical tart lemonade, it's more of a sweeter taste that mixes perfectly smooth. I use this stuff during my cuts like a madman. It gets me sweating bullets during my workouts because they get so insane. The energy is off the hook from this stuff. The pump is good too, but I've experienced better pumps with Jack3d. That doesn't bother me because everything else is a perfect 10. Not sure what everyone is talking about on the taste. Also leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth, but not a big deal. I get much better pump sessions using flood and can go for a lot longer. Highly recommended. But, Its a sacrafice I make because this is the best pre-workout formula I've ever taken. It kicks in towards the end of my workout when I usually feel burned out.
