We prepare every case as if it will be tried to a jury, which allows us to formulate a trial strategy well before trial. If your case proceeds to a trial before a jury, we will provide a compelling courtroom presentation. Depending on the case, the opponent and the venue, we may utilize a variety of presentation aids from old fashioned dry-erase boards to the latest computer animation, video presentation and modeling. In addition to these devices, we utilize only the most well respected expert witnesses to explain to the jury sometimes confusing concepts in a logical and understandable manner.
